Basic 2 bedroom. Worked very nice for what we did. Very close to Universal. Pool was heated that was nice. Bed was comfortable livingroom furniture not comfortable for me.

Upon arrival it looked like a 5 star hotel. The staff up front were friendly and helpful. Then you move from the lobby and you instantly see why they have low stars. The hallway and rooms have a smell. The rooms are clean but run down. We had a mishap in the 1st day and the maintenance man Vincent went above and beyond to help us. I wish I could give him 5 stars. He was amazing and helped us solve our issue quickly. They advertise Starbucks. It’s not, they told me they “ brew” for Starbucks. They do not have 1/2 the drinks or the capability to make them, not the sizes of the cups either. The lady at the counter was rude. They do not accept your Starbucks app.. nothing. The people next to me order pizzas and burgers. The burgers looked good the pizza was wrong and the same lady that was taking the Starbucks order took no accountability for messing up the order. She kept telling the worker.. well that’s what she ordered… The little cafe TVs do not work, one of the elevators was broken the whole stay, no one came to fix that. Overall it was okay, but we would not stay here again.

I'm impressed. Needed a two bedroom condo/apartment for 5 weeks till our new house is being finished. Very nice, clean unit. Easy walk right out of our screened in patio to nice pool. Easy parking right in front of our unit. Good job Windham.
